A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step...

As I write this post, I am keeping an ever watchful eye on my Corbin. He has come to one of the most thrilling milestones...walking. I look at him and still see my baby...that tiny creature I brought home from the hospital who was completely helpless and dependent on me for care. Now, he's becoming independent, and has this fantastic knack for getting into everything! I treasure these little baby steps he has learned, but a part of me will always see him as that newborn born into our hearts.
