Corbin tried sweet potatoes for the first time today and LOVED them! He just kept opening his mouth for more and smiling! I never would have thought that sweet potatoes would have gone over so well, but he couldn't get enough of them.
I'm thinking about making some of his baby food, both for cost and quality assurance purposes. And, simply to see if I can do it. I have done a little research and although the process seems a little daunting and overwhelming, I think it's doable. Ask me again in 6 months and see if I still sing the same song! :)
